She served as Major League Baseball’s Director of Latin America, where she spearheaded the league’s business development initiatives across the region. Her notable efforts included executing MLB international play plans in Mexico, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Panama, and the Dominican Republic. She also collaborated on MLB’s global strategy for the World Baseball Classic tournament. In her role as President of Infinity Global, Sara managed the company’s portfolio businesses and played a pivotal role in leading their sports partnerships. Throughout her career, she has curated large-scale events and negotiated seven-figure global partnerships with major sports properties and brands. Her most recent venture included the Caribbean Series tournament at Miami’s loanDepot Park, where the Miami Marlins hosted sellout crowds totaling more than 320,000 fans. Snyder’s efforts lead to successfully completing multi-year, 7-figure partnerships in various categories and was an integral part of the Bucks Sponsorship & Business Development team that planned Fiserv Forum and surrounding Deer District, generating annual double-digit growth in sponsorship revenue. Projects included Fiserv Forum, Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin Sports Science Center, BMO, Jockey and Potawatomi Hotel & Casino Clubs, a fully activated Entertainment Block, and ancillary development. Known for her strong leadership and attention to detail, she oversees hospitality operations and on-site execution. Margarita is passionate about creating meaningful, memorable experiences for clients, partners, and guests.

From his early career in Venezuela to nearly two decades shaping baseball’s global narrative at ESPN, he has led content, broadcast, studio, and digital platforms at the highest level. He later served as a Content Director for Major League Baseball’s Office of the Commissioner and now leads global projects through Marallti Entertainment—driving brands and initiatives such as Diamante 23, the Pacific League (NPB Japan), the Latin Baseball Hall of Fame, the Hartford Yard Goats, the Luis Aparicio and Juan Marichal Awards, the Venezuelan League Awards, and multiple international baseball marketing and media ventures.
